Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
whether two writs can be heard by the same bench of the high court? if one of the parties, to the writs filed is the same can the high court use its inherent power under section 151 cpc and hear bothe the writs together is there any other provision also ?and plz give me citation of cases related..
