Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
X and Y are the owners of an immovable property, they gave power of attorney to Z, suddenly one day Y cancelled power without prior information to X and Z. Is that revocation of power by Y is valid in law?

Yes, he can revoke his authority, he cannot revoke authority of X.
