Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Before four years back a person has made my falls Power of Attorney behalf of that P.A he sold so many land without my knowledge. Ater a year or some time I came to know from Govt. Record office that the said land has been sold. I was surprise to know and I shocked. As a seinior citizon I Reported to the concerning Police Station and other concerning departtment. From That date to till date they are giving me assurance
that. proceeding is going on. Finaly I report to VISHESH ANUSHANDAN DEPARTMENT last year the same reply I am gtg from tham. I have file a suit against them in Civil, as well as in SDM. last year. As a senior citizen I am suffring and others are enjoying and they are laughing infront of me.
Sorry sir, from that falls power of attorney a purchase a land and after that he has given a power of attorney to other person that the said person sold that land.

Please file a police compliant under land grabbing against those person and file civil litigation against them to prove that the POA is a false and forged document.
