Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
How do I lodge a case of Medical Malpractice against a prestigious Hospital in Lucknow in case of my father where he was admitted to the Hospital on the 22nd of May due to a broken hip bone.The Orthopedic doctor under whom my fathers case was contemplated on 22nd whether my father needs undergo a surgery and dialysis since his was a known case of CKD and CAD however did not visit him at all on the 23rd and on the 24th morning after complaining of severe body ache since 6:30 am was administered medictaion by a Nurse at 8:30 am and in half an hour my father died of what the Hospital claims a "Sudden Cradiac Arrest ".Pls help!!

Well you need to gather al the documents like prescriptions, medical reports, xrays, reports, medications administered etc. Make out a valid case first and them you may file the case before consumer forum.
