Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
If a person loses both of his hands in an accident , then how he can authorized anybody to do rest of his legal works.Whether oral confirmation will be sufficient or permission form supreme court or any other body will be required ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may obtain a Medical Certificate of Incapacitation from the concerned hospital authority treating the patient authorizing another person to undertake all his legal work.
