Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
sir, we were just asked to sign the summons.we do not have any copy of summons. but it was mostly under section 28. it i am not wrong.they say we would be briefed about the details on 9th.and then asked for an explaination in writing mostly.

Sign would mean receiving the copy. I think you are confused.Why don't you have a copy of the same? Sec 28 of what law?
