Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
Sir,i have passed MBBS and i have done PG degree in orthopedics from a country in EU.how can i practice as a specialist in india n can i display my PG degree ?Can i perform operations in private hospitals as the degree is not recognised by the medical council of india.please help as my future is in dark .

You should apply for a licence from Medical council of India or state in which you want to practice. How could you decide that said degree is not recognized by MCI. I don't think there is such restriction.
