Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
I am from west bengal and in our colony within a range of 300 metres there are already three mobile towers installed.Yet two more towers are planed to be installed within that region which would be a great hazard to the health of families living there. My question is what can we do to stop installation of those two new towers?

You may file civil suit to get injunction but there is no permanent remedy against it. Towers are installed after following the strict guidelines issued by appropriate government keeping in view public safety and health.
The guidelines may be challenged by way of filing writ petition in the High/Supreme Court, but you should have strong grounds and reasons to establish the towers are health hazardous.
Petition the PCB and also local corporation to stop the new towers from being set up.
