Need advice on H1b transfer
I have h1b with visa stamped valid till 2011.I have been in US for a short stint due to recession i was sent back.My company can't find a position for me.I am thinking of h1b transfer outside US.I am in india now (chennai).Please suggest me how to transfer outside US without any problem.

It is not a legal matter. Transfer may be governed by employer-employee contractual relationship.
