Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
I have an American Passport. My father is American. My mother is Indian. I was born in India and lived in India my whole life. I am 16. I would like to get OCI, which is lifetime visa for India but I do not know where my mother is and I do not have any of her documents. All I have is my birth certificate and I know where my grandmother lives. Is it possible for me to get OCI?

You may need to prove that your mother is/was Indian with documentary evidence.
