Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
can you apply for a new passport in lieu of your lost passport when there is case pending for 138 cheque bouncing case. do u need a NOC from the court that the case is filed under?

Yes you can apply for a new passport after lodging a FIR to that effect to the police .
