Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Hi, I am going to apply for a visitor visa to USA. My hometown is Kolkata; however, I am staying and working in Chennai for past 4yrs. Should I apply in Kolkata or in Chennai for the visa?
Which address do I need to mention as in my passport it's Kolkata address.

You can in both places ie. Kolkatta or Chennai because you are the permanent resindent of Kolkatta and working in Chennai for the last 4 years .
