Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
B1/B2 valid 10 years_use after marrige to GC
Dear Sir ,
I am holding a valid 10 yrs Multiple entry visa to US , and I have been there once to visit some of my family.
I recently got married to a GC holder and as it takes 5 years if he files a GC for me we have decided not to file any immigration.
Can u pls suggest that can i travel to US on my B1/B2,
Does my marrige affect my visa
And is it illegal in anyways to go and meet ur husband on a non immigratnt visa just because he is a GC
I have not endorsed his name yet on my passport what should i say at the port of entry
Please suggest me what should i do , my only concern is to go for some time and meet him and come back to india

Yes, You can travel on the valid Visa; and it is not illegal to visit your husband provided you come back within the time endorsed by the port officers ob your arrival. You can very well say that you have come to visit your husband. It is also advisable to have the endorsement done on your passport regarding your matrriage.
