hi if one has B1B2visa to USA I have certain questions.1.can one can invest in any sought of assets or start any business.2.what would be the minimum ammount of dollars one should invest.3.if 1&2 are possibilities what would be the status is he is eligible to get citizenship or green card.thanks.

the investment would depend upon the business he is supposed to do in US. no, he is not eligible for citizenship merely on teh basis of business visa.
If you enter USA on B-1/B-2 visa, you may apply for GREEN CARD on the basis of investments under the special category known as "EB-5" visa; YOU may need to file an application for "change of status" and show the requisite proof for transfer of funds, by legal means, from your home country into USA. The investment required may be one million USD; you may also be required to create ten full time jobs out of the proposed business. there are other conditions for EB-5.
