Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
I am the Benecifiary residing india, my CR1 visa petition approved now at NVC. Got Birth Certificate and found that the original petition filed with wrong DOB. How to correct it? Do I have to withdraw and refile? Can I correct it without withdarawing? need advise.
