Before marraige my name was Natasha Sethi. I married with Mr.--name removed---name removed-- Now I want to change my name from Natasha Sethi to 'Natasha Sethi--name removed--. Let me know the procedure?

You should affirm an affidavit before a first class magistrate, and then apply with a notarized copy of the affidavit, at necessary places like university etc for change of name in records, if necessary.
