Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
My name is in CIBIL(default list) due to non repayment of credit cards of over 8 lacks. I am wishing to pay it back, which I can do only after earning in Abroad. So with my aquired skill set I would like to apply a PR VISA for Australia, to work there and re-vamp my life in India with debtless life. Will there be any problem in getting PR VISA in Australia with my name blacklisted in CIBIL
