Next time when i go to india,i dont want to come back with my us citizen kid to usa.i want to settle down in india.how long a us citizen kid can stay in India.Is there any formalities to do before we go from usa?

You may obtain a PIO card for yourself and a long-term visa for your child.
The child will have an option to seek Indian citizenship and renounce his US Citizenship, if he may so like, after he attains majority.
Till the child is minor, the legal/natural guardian may be entitled to decide about citizenship rights of the child.
