Civi Maariage between Individuals belonging to 2 different Countries
Dear Sir/Madam, I am an Indian girl of 24 in love with a boy from Mauritius. We are planning to get married through the institution of civil marriage by December, this year, in Bangalore or Cochin. I would like to know:
1)What documents would I have to produce for the same?
2)What documents would he have to produce?
3)Are there any other legal complications associated with it?
4)How long would the process take?

Yanswers are- 1)you have to produce age proof (2) he also has to produce age proof as well as nationality proof (3) no, there are no legal complication, and (4) it can be done without any loss of time.
However, you will have to give a 30 days notice to the marriage registrar.
