Hi, my close friend had C-1D visa and he is working on land. He also got married to US citizen . So can he applied for green card ?
And what are the steps to get green card?
My other question is that . My close relative (uncle) stays is USA for more than 20 years he has his green card. Can he sponsor any work visa or family ?

once he is married to a US citizen, he may apply for the green card. regarding your uncle and sponsorship, it depends how close your relationship with your uncle and his financial status.
He is entitled to seek "status adjustment" on the basis of his marriage to a US citizen.
Your uncle is not entitled to sponsor for any work visa for your family. However, he may apply only for his blood relatives - parents, children and brother/sister. However, there is a long queue for this category and visa may take many years.
