Court marriage with a foreigner
What are the formalities to be completed for court marriage in India with an Romanian citizen. And after court marriage, what need to be done so that my wife can stay with me in India. Thank you.

You May contact us or any counsel to arrage your marriage and agter visiter viza her viza will be extended for 6 months and then 2 years and after 5 years she will get citizenship of India.

The court may give a public notice about your intention of marriage with the concerned lady; After marriage, she may apply for citizenship of India with the office of local Collector of your area.
