If I get a court order for continual of my ex-husband's name as my surname will it be accepted by he passport officer for issuing passport in India (after divorce)?

yes, you will have to attach an affidavit with the form. The instructions for the affidavit are on the form itself.

in case the court orders for use of surname of ex husband, it can be accepted by the passport authorities.
