Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Hello! I 'd like to ask you about new limitations of use turist visa. I'm from Europe and I have 5 y. turist visa -multi since 2008. In this year first time happend that I can not re-enter before 2 months; I'm still in India, but I must come back in 14 days to my family and we also already booked ticked for beginig of april. PLS, what can I do - what it is the options? THX

your query is deficient of details. in case you cannot re enter before 2 months, its February only and you can go in April.
