you need permission from the FRRO and Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division. in order to avoid future hassles, your daughter may apply for PIO card.
How old is your daughter ? Staying in India after the expiry of visa period is a serious felony and create lot of problem(s) in the future for your daughter to visit India. Go to Home ministry now for extension of her visa. You should have applied for OCI card for your daughter .
