Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
about divorce
my brother is married to american green card holder.she has filed his petition for USA.but now refuses him .Is there any way to change the petition .i mean is somebody else can change the petition with that petition.He is not willing to go through his wife.

Your facts are not sufficient for proper advice.
We may need to know his present location and status; and the relationship with that "somebody" who may be willing to file a petition on his behalf.

If your brother wants to immigrate to the United States he must have either a family member or an employer to sponsor him. He could also apply for a tourist visa or other non immigrant visa if he intends to leave the US when his visa expires.
