Domicile Requirements
I have been staying here in mumbai for last 8 years since my father was a govt employee so i want to know can iapply for domicile certificate since i desperately require it for my admissons.

Domicile Certificate is not necessary if you have passed the qualifying examination from a recognized institute in Maharashtra and has studied and passed X, XI and XII standard examinations from a recognized school/college in Maharashtra.
you are eligible for admissions, even though your father is domiciled in any other state or union territory, and even though you do not satisfy the conditions mentioned above, Provided that, (i) your father have been transferred to Maharashtra before the last date of submission of application forms, and (ii) have joined the post in Maharashtra before the last date of submission of application forms, and, (iii) have not transferred out of Maharashtra after that.
