can we Evict him under the A.P rent controle act

1. tenent since 28 yrs.

2. runs a school who charges fees for the children

3. has been paying rent of Rs. 6000/ Consolidated for 2 floors

4. requested to enhance rent as pe market value tenent refused to enhance but sent rent by money order should we accept without Prejudice and send rejoinder stating due of rent and make him a defaulter?

please letu us know as my grand father is 85 yrs old and due to this he is becoming sick

You may accept the rent without prejudice and may demand the remainder amount of rent; depending upon the local laws of your State, you may seek either eviction of tenant or enhancement of rent.
