Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
green card status
My family of 4 was alloted green card in 2006 on application of my sister.we all traveled to US and exit from US on reentry permit of 2 yrs.I again visited to US last month to save my green card and filed reentry form I-131 but my family was not able to go to US and the reentry expired.Can my family travel on Green card now ? Does their Green Card becomes invalid ? How they would be able to travel US in future ? If in later stage I still hold my Green card and my family decides to immigrate and stay in US (but they have do not have reentry permit) how that can be possible ?
