Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
H1B transfer
I am currently working in US for Company-A on H1B visa over a year. Company-B file my H1B transfer request. Because of some issues, I decided to continue with company-A.
If Company-B continue with the H1 transfer, would it affect my work status with Company-A, who is currently holding my H1 ?

No! You can have more than one H-1B petitions filed for you, believe it or not.
