Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

H1 transfer validity
I am currently working for a indian company in US on H1b. My assignment is ending in next 2 week. I want to get my H1 transferred to another company before I return back.

Now--

1) Will my H1 still valid for my current company if they want to send me back again.

2) If I decide not to join on transferred visa through my new employer to US and new employer informs about my visa transfer to current employer. Will it effect in any way my travel back to US through my current employer.

3) If I resign my current employer in india and want to come back to US to work for new employer on transferred visa can my current employer create any issue.

4) Please give legal opinion on this.
