Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

Hello,

I am currently holding a B1 visa and am outside the US. My wife is a US citizen and based in the US. She has recently submitted my I130 form, but I need to travel to the US next month on work and hence would like to know the following:

1. Can i still travel on my B1 visa wile the I130 is being processed?

2. If the answer to Q1 is NO, then is there a way to expedite the I130 and subsequent visa post this (we were thinking on the lines of a K3)
