Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

hi,

myself chirag sharma.

in 10 month ago i came back from u.k b'se my college was bogus.

when i was in u.k i appeal against the decision given them to not extend my visas b'se my college was bogus.

in between the give my to legal permition to stay there with some condition.(my visas finished in aug-2008.and i back to india july 2010.)

in between my son was born in u.k.

after that i decide to come back to India.

i request to u.k immigration to issue my ticket so i go back to my country.

and u,k immigration issue our ticket as well my son's E.C from Indian high commition.

and we back all from u,k to india.(self deportation)

after that i apply my son's indian passport to indian passport office,ahmedabad,gujrat.india.

i submit all my document with my affidavit and legal document which i got from u.k immigration.

now some days ago i got letter from regional passport office,they said you are illegal stay in u.k

and you have to pay Rs. 5,000 for illegal stay in u.k.

so plz help to about this issue.

i have to pay or not?

plz help

No. You dont have to pay anything in India. Assuming what the immigration office in India says that you have stayed illegal in England then England should have penalised you and not India. Your facts are not clear regarding your son.
