Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
HI There,
My husband has applied for his Green card and he is on L1-Visa (US).As he was on L1-visa which was for 3 years ,he got it extended recently.His wife was in India when the visa was extended,she was holding I-512L form for her visit to India as her Green card was in process along with her husband.Since husband's visa is extended does it affect wifes I-512L form?
