i485 application

My husband is on H1b visa, i on H4 spouse visa, he divorced me, our divorce case status shows case disposed, disposition deadline is may 2009, iy was uncontested, my husband withdrew my I485 application in july 2008 , the status showed, but i checked in sept 2008, it says case sent for standard interview. My H4 visa is valid till june 2009, i am in india right now.Please help me ? can i enter USA, why the status changed for my I485. Please help me

We need some more facts to examine the issue properly.

How, when and where was the divorced decree passed?

First of all, when and where was the case filed?

Did you appear to contest the case?

You have written that "our divorce case status shows - case disposed'. Please clarify this statement. Shows - where? Are you referring to on-line information about the case in USA ?

Have you earlier travelled to USA on H4 visa? If yes, for how long you stayed here and since when are you in India?

Please write all the details to enable us to examine the issues and provide you appropriate opinion.
