Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
what is immigration law? My boyfriend (currently in India) filed an H3. Is it possible for me to concurrently file a K1 visa or would that interfere with his legal processes?

K-1 visa is a fiancee visa of an american citizen and H-3 visa is for an alien coming to USA for training purposes and sponsored by an organisation or an american citizen. Now my question to you is :- Is your boyfriend an American citizen ? both the visas are non immigrant visas and are filed by American citizen.
