So far, dual citizenship between india and any other country has not started be it may US or Ireland.
The answer is no as there is no dual citizenship between two countries with India.
The moment an Indian citizen obtains citizenship of any country, he ceases to be an Indian citizen by operation of law. Such citizen is required to return his Indian passport. However, he may re-apply for Indian citizenship once that disability is removed.
