Im an Indian living in Manila Philippines with my husband and my daughter.I was divorced and remarried and my child is from my previous marriage ..I need to change the fathers name in my daughter's.Currently she has her biological fathers name(my ex husband). Want to change it to my Husbands name. Husband adopted my daughter who is from my previous marriage .We have the adoption deed with attestation by ministry of external affairs India .What is the procedure to change the fathers name in her passport?

What is the order with regard to the custody of your child in your 1st divorce .
as your husband is the step father of the girl, there is no law that he can adopt the child. your daughter can use her step father's surname without any legal hurdles. which country your ex husband is residing?
