Being an Indian I want to marry a Russian lady.What is the process to do so.After how many years she can get the Indian Citizenship.Also how she can stay with me in India after marriage.Any information will be very helpful.

yes, you can marry her under special marriage act and then apply for her extended visa before ministry of home affairs, foreigners division and then apply for her citizenship on the basis of marriage. she can stay with you in india after the marriage.

There are two ways for you to get marry your russian lady. 1) Religious marriage cerehttps://www.lawguru.com/index.phpmony and subsequently you can register the marriage before the registrar of marriage and 2) civil marriage under the indian special marriage act ,1954.
