i am an indian and i have tourist visa for 10years.Now i wanted to know that whether can i give birth to my baby in US? Is it Legal? And also wanted to know how much beneficial is that to us and to the baby?does the baby after wards have to visit US every year?

Thre is no bar on you giving birth to your baby in USA while visiting USA on a tourist visa. Your baby will automatically become a US citizen by birth, if you choose to do so. You can subsequently apply for and obtain a PIO card from the Indian Embassy for your baby.

No, your baby does not have to visit USA every year

your query cannot be answered unless you mention all the details as to the baby needs to be born after marrying the US citizen or its a love child or you already pregnant and visiting US. better meet an attorney in person or give all the details enabling him to advice you properly.
