Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

hi everyone am jack from chennai, i need all your help and information regarding my fiancee visa pls. i would be greateful if u do pls. i was in uk from 2009 to 2011 in student visa. when my student visa was expired i was about to renew it. i approached a agency in uk and he said he has direct contact with ukba so he can get visa very soon, in the mean time i came to india for emergency visit and applied for visa in india with the documents he gave, later my visa refused saying documents are fake and banned for 10 years, to be honest i didnt know those are fake. i have a gf in uk i love her a lot i cant live without her. at first we planned to get married in india last year without telling her parents, but unfortunetly her parents came to know about ours plan and dropped it. now am really confused and dont know wat to do. now we decided to apply for fiancee visa which she no need to come india. but many people says fiancee visa is very hard to get. she is doctor in uk and we dont have much savings with them. but we are in deep love i tried to suicide some times when i lost belief. we speak atleast two hours daily on phone and email chat webcam we can prove that we are in contact a lot. but i havent got any photos taken in uk, i had some photos taken in uk in my phone but i lost it two month back but i got a FIR copy for that, will it make any difference. and i can get referece letter from higher govt official for recommedation. all these will make good for my visa, pls suggest something how to get visa for uk pls

What is your Girl Friends status there in UK ? Is she a citizen of England ? Can you scan the copy of the FIR ? Any proof that both of you are in love or contemplating to get married etc ? What are you doing for living in India ? who all are there in your family in India,there qualification(s) etc ? What course were you doing in UK ? When did your student expired ? And how many days, months were you there in UK without status ? Please answer all my queries to get help from me .
