Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Marrying US greencard holder
I am an Indian citizen planning to marry an Indian origin with US greencard . I do not have any work permit visa, Will I be able to get into US after marriage. If so what is the process to get the US immigration visa and how much time will it take. Is there any legal implication for marrying a greencard holder ?
