What would the maximum imposable penalty be for �violating provisions of the FEMA and Customs Act?� Would 1 yr of imprisonment even be a possibility, or are fines the maximum imposable punishment?
If a person carrying a Indian currency more than listed on custom law and cought at the port of entery what would the maximum impossable penaly for him.
