Re: I want to migrate to USA can you help me with this.

Your sister who is a legal permanent resident ("green card holder") cannot file for your immigration until she becomes a U.S. citizen as only a U.S. citizen (21 years or older) is eligible to file a petition to bring their brother or sister to live and work permanently in the U.S. The brother or sister of a U.S. citizen comes under the Family Based - Fourth Category and only 65,000 immigrant visas numbers are issued each year for people under this category. Depending on the relationship and the country involved, the wait for an available sibling visa number is quite long and may take several years.

In order to be legally employed in the U.S., you either need to have a nonimmigrant work visa, or obtain permanent residence (green card) through employment based immigration or family immigration. There are several non-immigrant temporary work visas (such as an H-1, L-1, E1/E2, O-1 etc.) and most of these require that you have a job offer from a U.S. employer and must have certain qualifications, which are required for the job. However, it is not possible for me to discuss each category of nonimmigrant visa here. If you wish to obtain more information about the various categories of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, you may find it useful to visit the following websites:

We can provide assistance with various types of U.S. immigration matters and I will be happy to discuss the various nonimmigrant visa options and your specific matter in more detail if you are interested our legal services in your immigration matter.
