Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Moving to Non profit organization
Currently I am working for a Profit (consultancy)company and I got offer from no profit org. They are interested to transfer my H1 and they will do GC also in future.
1. Is there any advantage to do GC from no profit org in Eb3 category.
2. Non profit org H1 is also valid for maximum 6 years?

Re: Moving to Non profit organization
We are a full service US immigration law firm. You may be sponsored for a green card by a non-profit or a full-profit employer. It does not matter. There is a six-year maximum in H-1b status but that six years may be extended in certain circumstances. Feel free to contact my office directly if you need a consultation. We need to review your documents to fully understand your situation.

A GC is valid irrespective of its source/origin. If you have any difficulty, you may want to consult an immigration attorney in USA. We may provide you reference on demand.
