Overstay
Is it possible to get any visa for someone on expired C1B visa, who is overstaying in USA now? If possible, could you please tell me the type of visa available for him, since he is a chef professionally ?

You are repeating this question in different statements. there are several categories of visas available to a person who might have over-stayed his visa. however, all will depend upon situation of the person concerned. please refer to the previous replies on the subject.
