Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
if a person is married and his passport made as single(He made before marriage)
So is their any problem in visa or any other travelling purpose if he don't want the wife name in passport.

IF YOU WILL MENTION ANYWHERE THAT YOU ARE MARRIED OR IF YOU WANT TO ACCOMPANY YOUR WIFE OUT OF COUNTRY ONLY THEN YOU ARE REQUIRE TO ENTER YOUR WIFES NAME ELSE NO NEED.
