Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
we have purchased 30 acres of land for industrial use without any permission,as the said lands were notified as industrial vide notification under MIDC act. Do we hold a good title or can we obtain any kind of permission now.

u need to enquire that from midc only
usually indusrtial land purchasing requires several permissions .....
