Query regarding getting a non-immigrant US visa approval - Case 2:

Hello,

I have a query regarding getting a US visa approval:

I am located in India. Some years back, I had made an offence of watching adult videos while working at the company. My actions were monitored by the company.

Will this action of watching adult videos in a company be considered a moral turpitude (under the "lewdness" category) and will it have serious implications when granting a non-immigrant visa?

Will I be denied a US non-immigrant visa on moral turpitude grounds because of this? Please note that I had not been convicted or charged or arrested because of this offence.

If I am denied a visa due to this reason, can I re-apply with a waiver?
