Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

Can I rectify a registration deed, where we paid deficit stamp duty, it was a gift registration and We paid 3% stamp duty insted of 6% (6 % is for non blood realtions and 3% is blood relation),

Note :To excecute this they showed the donee as "OWN SISTER" in place of "sister-in-Law"

1. Can I rectify this

2.If I can rectify , how would the stamp duty caliculated

yes and you have to pay the differential stamp duty
