Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Reg L2 to H1
Dear sir,
I have my H1 petition approved and currently working in India. My Husband has L1 visa and I would like to travel with him. If I get L2, then what would happen to my H1 petition?. If suppose I apply for L2 to H1 visa change in US,my earlier H1 petition will be considered? Pls advice me.
